Does the NÉBIH accept the use of the system during an inspection?
Yes, if you keep the HACCP documentation up to date in the system.
By having the system online, does the NBIH have a constant overview of our unit?
No online visibility for the authorities. ‘Medium-sized’ companies can request NÉBIH access to a company’s system.
What is the SmartHACCP app for?
The app allows you to create complete HACCP documentation paperlessly. And use the printer to quickly and easily print labels for traceability. The system is therefore used for the mandatory HACCP administration and not for stock management and record keeping.
Can I use the app on my own device?
Yes, it can run on almost any Android or IOS smart device. Operating system requirements.
What are the technical requirements for using the system?
Internet access, 2.4GHz wifi network, an IOS or Android smart device, and an integrated label printer (QL-810Wc or QL-820NWBc).
Does the system work offline?
The offline version will be available soon.
Can the system also be used during an official inspection?
Yes, the data recorded in the system can be exported, which can be very useful in case of an audit.
How can I learn to use the system?
When the system is deployed, our colleagues also provide training. Individual training can be requested at any time, and free training videos are also available within the system.
Can I get a discount for multiple units?
Yes, we offer 10% off the list price for 2 subscriptions, 20% off for 4 subscriptions and 30% off for 8 subscriptions or more.
How much does the label cost?
A label roll with the SmartHACCP group discount is about 2 000-3 000 HUF + VAT, which allows you to print 1200 labels. The price per label is about 2 HUF.
How many users can be registered in the system?
Any amount, no limit.
What data should be recorded in the system?
In particular, details of raw materials, finished and semi-finished products, related documents, refrigerator and freezer lists, supplier partners, cleaning instructions.
How do we record invoices and other documents in the system?
Invoices are recorded by entering their identification number and a photograph is taken using the OkosHACCP system. It is not necessary to record the items separately.
Do we have to record incoming products every time?
Not necessary. A permanent list of products is used to create the marker labels, and we can always trace their origin in the system by referring to the corresponding invoice.
Which Android versions are compatible with the system?
Operating system requirement: Android 5 or later.
