How can the SmartHACCP PROFESSIONAL package help you?
It includes a comprehensive IT service and an application that help you meet all your administrative obligations related to HACCP. Using one or more smart devices, you can easily and quickly complete your forms such as refrigerator inspection sheets, daily inspection checklists, cleaning inspection sheets, or process logs (serving logs, production logs, freezing logs, etc.).
The integrated label printer allows you
to print your HACCP labels lightning-fast from a product list with just a few taps, including automatic date generation.
We automate everything possible, thus, for example, process logging takes place automatically through label printing. The system can generate cleaning plans and also supports faster completion of forms.
The system can be easily customized through our web interface, allowing you to save your unique product, refrigerator, user, or supplier lists.
A practical and easy solution is provided for tracking. With the app, you can trace the history of the products in the kitchen all the way back to their delivery. You can save images of your invoices or the products’ factory labels, so all your data is accessible and retrievable through the system, without requiring physical storage of paper documents.
Convenience features, task managers, and managerial functions support you in focusing on what truly matters: food preparation and the satisfaction of your guests. It can be complemented with a wireless thermometer package to automate the completion of refrigerator logs, featuring an alarm function.
OUR PRICES
The fee for our service is HUF 25,000 per month or HUF 19,500 per month (or HUF 234,000 per year) with an annual contract/payment.
The price of the standard hardware package is HUF 109,000 – 125,000, which includes ownership of a printer, a tablet, and a shock-resistant case.
Price of label rolls: HUF 2,900 (sufficient for approx. 1,200 labels)
